Can I choose a delivery point?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to have your order delivered to a collection point in the UK.

Can I return my order?

New and unused products can be returned within 14 days. Request a return at and our staff will help you.

When will I receive my order?

All orders placed before 16:00 will be delivered the next working day if Evri next-day delivery is chosen, and 2-3 days for other services, excluding holidays.

How can I track my order?

Once you have received a shipment confirmation e-mail, you can track your order via the button in the e-mail or via the Evri website.
