Delivery Time
Orders placed with Evri next-day delivery before 4pm will be delivered the next business day and Evri 48 hours will be delivered within 2-3 working days after the order has been placed excluding bank holidays.

Returns
Want to return an order? No problem! New and unused products can be returned free of charge within 14 days. Request a return via info@mysmilewhitening.uk and our customer service team will be happy to help.
Used products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

When will I receive my order?
All orders placed before 4pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Depending on which delivery service you have chosen, you will either receive tour order on the next working day, or within 2-3 working days.
How can I track my order?
All of our orders in the UK are dispatched with Evri. After you place your order, you will be given a tracking number where you can get updates on where your order is. To get further information, simply use your tracking number on the Evri website.
Can I choose a delivery point?
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to have your order delivered to a collection point in the United Kingdom.
Can I return my order?
Yes! New and unused products can be returned free of charge within 14 days. Used items cannot be retuned for hygiene concerns.
